We usually ship within 24 hours of your purchase. If you purchase over the weekend or on a holiday we will ship the next business day. We use USPS and UPS. Be sure we have the correct information for shipping. If there is any type of issue we will reach out to your via email. Please respond to any email that we might send to you titled "Shipping Info". Tracking will always be added to your order. Once we ship the package we cannot control any issues the carriers may encounter. We ship many packages every day and it is impossible to research every package every day. If you have not received your package in a timely manner, PLEASE use the tracking information provided by going to the carriers site and simply tracking the package. This will get you a quick answer. If you are unable to get this information or if something appears to be wrong, do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone. We will be glad to help.
If you receive your package and it is damaged, let us know. If this is the result of poor handling by the carrier be sure to hold onto the packaging. We will need photos of the package and the item. Once we receive this we can process the claim with the carrier and either replace the item or issue a refund. PLEASE do not ship the damaged item back to us. You will need to hold onto it a few days, sometimes the carrier will want to pick it up. Again, if you have questions or concerns just let us know.
Once you receive your purchase and you find a problem with it let us know immediately. Returns can be made within 10 days of delivery. Any item returned must be in the same condition once returned. When you contact us about the issue we will work to resolve quickly and easily. Several factors could be involved and every situation cannot be handled the exact same way.
Know that when you contact us you will be dealing with a real person that is involved in the day to day tasks at our store and will have a working knowledge of what options are available for you.
